The Kraken - 17in

i First ordered this around black friday as an early gift for my boyfriend. The first one i was sent in the mail came in completely shattered.. Both my boyfriend and i were very excited, but when he realized that his gift was destroyed, both of us were naturally upset. so of course, I asked for it to be sent again. I was quickly responded to and was spoken to very kindly. the team resent the bong and it came in perfect condition ! both my boyfriend and i are very pleased. extra precaution was taken into mind and the bong was wrapped *very* securely. they also shipped it through ups instead of usps the second time around (not sure if that could've made any difference but hey, the bong came in one piece). We've smoked flower out of it and we've also been able to attach a recycling banger to it as well. I think she looks pretty damn good! And if there was any way to tip for the kindness i was treated with, i would for sure pay the customer support team with all my respects ! happy buyer right here :)
