Orders placed by 1 pm CST Mon-Fri will be out the door the same day. Order placed on Friday after 1 pm CST to Sunday, will ship the next business day. All of our U.S. orders are shipped through USPS or UPS.

Returns
We accept returns for UNUSED products that don’t meet your requirements within 30 days of receipt. We do not charge a restocking fee, but you are responsible for paying the return shipping on items that do not meet your requirements. Repackage your returns securely and send them to:

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping all of our products. However, items may occasionally arrive damaged during transit or have a manufacturing defect.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and submit a Damaged or Defective Item inquiry.

For Damaged Items:* A clear photo showing the damage.
For Defective Items:
* A clear video showing the issue. For electronic products (such as vapes, cartridges, or batteries), the video should clearly demonstrate the reported problem.
