Orders placed by 1 pm CST Mon-Fri will be out the door the same day. Order placed on Friday after 1 pm CST to Sunday, will ship the next business day. All of our U.S. orders are shipped through USPS or UPS.

*Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and the Armed forced territories are not included in the free shipping areas, Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
International Customers
We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping(about 5-15 days) rates are calculated at checkout, but rest assure the shipping price that you pay is the actual price of shipping. We NEVER charge extra.
Customs
International customers are responsible for understanding the customs laws and regulations of your country. Orders held in customs or otherwise prevented from entering the country are the responsibility of the customer only. Please note that in addition to the shipping we charge, there may be an additional charge on your package according to your country customs.
Returns
We accept returns for UNUSED products that don’t meet your requirements within 21 days of receipt. We do not charge a restocking fee, but you are responsible for paying the return shipping on items that do not meet your requirements. Repackage your returns securely and send them to:

Once shipped back, please contact us with your return inquiry, put your order number in the subject line and add the return tracking number.
Damaged Items
We do our best to ship all products safely and securely, but some glass products are notoriously fragile, and occasionally some items are damaged during shipping. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please Contact Us immediately with a broken item inquiry and please include 2 pictures -
- A picture of the broken item inside its original box and packaging(bubble wrap).
- A picture showing that it is broken.
International orders damaged Items
Once providing a picture, store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the damaged item.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to cover the shipping costs as well.
