Germinated one seed and it popped no problem. About 10 or so days after planting I dropped my grow light's plug onto it and broke (but not punctured) the stem in two places. I pushed it a lil deeper into the soil and propped it up with a few toothpicks (pictured) and prayed for the best. The stem eventually thickened and it's going so strong now! I am so impressed by how it saved itself from my own incompetence :)
The white hairs forming indicate that this should be a female flowering plant!! Generally autoflowers are feminized but it's always good to see the proof! This is my first grow so my setup isn't fantastic, but I did splurge on nutrients (Floraflex) and I really think that's helped my plants. The smell every time I open the tent is like a delicious tropical candy (and I don't usually even like tropical candies). It's still vegetating so I'm sure the yummy grape aromas will come through once it starts flowering. There are a couple funny looking leaves that could be a mutation but might just be related to the aforementioned incompetence 🥲
I would be remiss not to mention that I did not order these specific seeds, I ordered a strain that ended up being out of stock and they substituted these instead of the one I had ordered, and honestly I'm happy with them. They came packaged in little plastic tubs (think lipbalm sized) but seeds I ordered more recently came inside little foil resealable zip bags. The value is pretty good (even though they've raised the price a…
