Michael Phelps OG
If you’re an Olympic gold medalist as famous as Michael Phelps and have the courage to publicly state that you smoke bud, you’re bound to have a strain named after you. Beast Mode OG
In 2014, Nate “Diggity” Johnson, a Seattle Seahawks fan from the Green Umbrella cannabis delivery company decided to name a strain in honor of his team’s appearance in the Super Bowl. Beast Mode OG, now sometimes referred to as Beast Mode 1.0 is named after the nickname of Seahawks running back, Marshawn Lynch. Markle Sparkle and Royal Wedding
Created in Oregon by the Duchess of Sussex’s nephew, this sativa-dominant hybrid strain was named after his royal aunt’s catchy nickname. When Meghan Markle first began dating the British royal, the media would often say she had the “Markle Sparkle” effect. Let’s not forget about the Royal Wedding strain, honoring the most talked about wedding in history. This hybrid strain is a hilarious mix between the 4 Kings strain and Wedding Crasher #41 and is dominated by the limonene terpene.
Snoop Dogg OG
