I mean It will def get you fried for kinda low but if you have a high tolerance idk but if it medium to low you good it is def fell kinda Cold when you use it I can’t really describe the taste but yeah I don’t think it’s super bad I ain’t cough that much tbh 💀 also it does not smell that bad but you can def smell it a little
