The asymmetrical design features thick glass walls, a single decorative nub, a ring along the stem, and a left side carb to control airflow. Opposite the tapered mouthpiece is a glass design that can be interpreted in multiple ways, but somewhat resembles a face with yellow eyes and sharp teeth.
