I ordered this with a last hope of something that could help me with swelling and no sleep, stepped in a hole 2 years ago I didn't see , 2 surgeries in 2 years. Rods pins screws new knee and cartilage , nothing helped that wasn't addictive or made me feel bad , I had tried similar products I got from nutrition store, this has helped me sleep and the next day swelling is much better! I can smoke a small amount at night and go right to sleep and wake up feeling better. I don't use this but for my leg , insomnia is not easy when it's pain induced , I don't even have to partake everyday. Maybe 3 times a week. Thank you
