I would say that this was a good choice for someone who need it on the go, like to school or to work. It was so good, I had the white gummy flavor and it was boom. I couldn't really taste the flavor but it was a hit of it like I could tell it was white gummy but it wasn't as tasty as I would like it to be. I do reccommend this product though. I like the brand very much i ordered me another one.
