I had ordered this last week, when I got the package it was not just the wrong piece but also damaged. I submitted a claim, got a response within a couple hours and a replacement on its way to me same day. I then got the new piece before the end of the week and this time it was right and undamaged! Don't get discouraged if something isn't in the best shape when you get it, this company is determined to make sure you get a good piece!!

This is a great little bong and you can get some amazing rips from it. My only complaint is you have to be careful lighting the bowl, or you may singe your lip and/or mustache. I was also sent a bowl that was chipped and cracked. Otherwise, I still give the rug a thumbs up and 4.99 stars.
