Highly recommend you cut them in half or they will kick your butt. I took only half starting off and didn't think they were doing anything after about an hour so I took the other half. All I can say is I won't ever be doing that again so be patient unless you want to be totally wasted. It's worth the hour wait because they last 5 to 6 hours. They diffidently will put you in a better mood and help you deal with pain.
